I don’t know about you, but I’m excited that the first edition of Keep The Faith for 2012 is our Love, Romance and Marriage issue. It is an area where many of us still have much to learn, and the insights shared by some of our writers, and by some of the people who’ve opened up to talk with us, will help you develop, build and sustain loving relationships. Love makes the world go round, and is the key premise upon which the Christian faith is built. And Jesus has told us that the first greatest commandment is to love God, and the second greatest one is to love our neighbours as ourselves. Many of us find it challenging to follow these two commandments. The reason for this are many, but it is an area that can and must be overcome, in order for us to experience one of life’s greatest joys: loving relationships. Firstly with God, and then with others. As you read through this month’s Keep The Faith, and enjoy the wide range of articles touching on love, news, inspiration and topics, such as purposeful living, business, gospel music, do try to dig out 1 Corinthians 13:7-9, which provides a great description of the many facets of love, including patience, kindness, humility, respect, unselfishness and truthfulness. By meditating on this Scripture, we’ll learn how to love others better; attract more love into our lives, and become what God wants us to be: agents of His love in a sometimes loveless world. Happy reading!
