Terms & conditions of Entry
- The closing date for prize draw submissions is December 8th 2008. All submissions must be received by 5pm GMT on this date, to ensure inclusion into the prize draw.
- The prize draw is open to anyone aged 18 or over, resident in any country.
- There is no limit to the amount of times you can enter the prize draw. (Simply fill in the form, submit it using the button at the end of the form, and YUDUfree will add you into the prize draw).
- The person who fills in the 'send to a friend' form (the 'entrant') will be entered into the prize draw. YUDU Media will not enter the 'friends' email addresses supplied by the entrant. (These email addresses will not be held by YUDU Media and will only be used for a one-time email invite to visit the YUDU Freedom website).
- Employees of YUDU Media and their families are not eligible to enter the competition.
- The winner will be drawn independently and at random from all valid entries received.
- The winner (their name and country) will be announced on the website within two weeks of the competition close date and will be formally notified by email.
- The winner has 28 days to reply to the notification email with the address that they would like the prize delivered to, in order to claim the prize. Failure to claim the Prize within this period shall lead to the Prize being forfeited and entitle YUDU Media to redraw another Winner at random, without liability to the named person.
- The prize may not be transferred to any other person, only the person named on the winning entry can receive the prize.
- Full details of the prize will be given in writing upon request.
- The prize is a MacBook Air ™. YUDU Media will purchase the prize online, after the winner has supplied their address, so delivery from the nearest Apple store can be arranged.
- YUDU Media reserves the right to offer an alternative Prize of equal or greater value should this prove necessary. No cash or other alternatives to the Prize are available, and the Prize is not transferable.
- YUDU Media are not responsible for availability or late delivery of the prize and cannot stipulate or guarantee an exact delivery date due to product availability in the country of purchase.
- Winners may be required to take part in or co-operate with corporate publicity.
- Entering the competition implies acceptance of these rules and entrants agree to be bound by them.
- By entering the competition, your name will be entered into our database and we will send you occasional company e-wire, with company and product news and updates. You can unsubscribe from these e-wires at any time.
- The judges' decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered regarding the winning submission.
- YUDU Media are not responsible for any submissions that are delayed or lost for any reason.
- The promoter is YUDU Ltd. Any comments or questions should be directed to: Marketing Department, YUDU Media, Suite 55, 3 Whitehall Court, London, SW1A 2EL.
- Events may occur that render the draw itself, or awarding the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of YUDU ltd and the customer agrees that no liability shall be attached to YUDU Ltd as a result thereof. The Participant agrees to indemnify the Promoter, its employees, officers, directors and any and all associated or affiliated persons or organizations against any and all costs, expenses, liabilities and damages arising from their participation in the Promotion.
- YUDU Media reserve the right to amend these rules at any time.
- This agreement is governed by the laws of England and Wales.
