Setting up your own library and profile

Set up your own free library and personal profile to benefit from all the special tools and features that YUDUfree offer. Its free, quick and easy!

Getting started with your own library is very quick and easy to do. The first thing you need to do is sign up for free, entering your email address, name, and a chosen password. We'll send you an email to verify your email address - simply click the link in the email, and you'll arrive back at the site, ready to use your new library.

Your library is your own central place on the site - it contains everything you upload or publish, as well as any other content you find interesting and add from the main YUDUfree library. You can store your own digital publications, music, audio books, podcasts, photos, images and website bookmarks - making them either public, so that everyone can see them on the main library - or private, so that only you can see them in your library (more information on privacy settings). You can also add other items of interest to your library.

We've given you the tools to easily organise all your files. Search and filter through to find what you want using the filter tools on the left and the search bar at the top. You can also change the name of your library, by simply clicking the 'change this' link next to your library name. For example, if you are a designer, you may wish to call it 'My Portfolio' or 'TM's Design studio'.

You can also add your own personal profile to your library that other users will see. Upload an image or photo, a short bio and other personal details by clicking the 'view profile' button in your library and clicking on each field you wish to edit.
